Our group classes bring our community together, so as a team, we can work on improving your overall mobility, strength and conditioning in a fun, social environment. Our programming is thoughtfully designed to get you the best possible results. When you come regularly, you'll notice the significant change demonstrated every six weeks in our Trophy reporting to benchmark your progress. In addition, we maintain small groups within the classes so our coaches can provide you as much attention as possible and modify exercises based on your needs, injuries and experience, which allows all levels to train in our group classes.

Training isn't always about smashing yourself to exhaustion; it's also about having fun! Our specialty classes allow you to do just that while learning new skills. Connect your body, mind and breath with a dynamic workout in our state-of-the-art Wellness space, designed to improve your strength, posture, core stability and mobility. In these classes, you'll target muscle groups in a way that beautifully compliments your traditional workouts.
