Our dedicated trainers run a variety of specifically designed programs developed to suit all fitness levels, strengths and goals.
We have over 40+ sessions per week to choose from across strength & conditioning, pilates, yoga, shared PT, olympic lifting, gymnastics, boxing, kickboxing, virtual training and recovery.
FIT ACADEMY has changed my life in so many ways in such a short period of time - I’m excited to work out and push myself, I have a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and I’ve become stronger, mentally and physically.

Since having two children, I struggled to consistently train. I joined FA in January 2020, with the push from a friend to just give it a chance and I fell in love with the place. I was instantly drawn to the community vibe, it’s not just a gym, it’s a whole community of
wonderful people supporting each other and wanting to have fun along the way. I am still amazed that this community feel has continued through both sets of lockdowns. And now... I HAVE ABS!!!!

The dedication of FIT ACADEMY to their members by providing gym equipment adapting classes to virtual, continuing education seminars and holding awesome virtual social parties (during COVID) is unique and very much appreciated.

8WS has changed my overall outlook on fitness, health and nutrition. I’ve learnt so many techniques and strategies to assist with overcoming mental barriers and breaking lifelong bad habits.

I have struggled the past year with early onset degenerative disc disease, which stopped me running after my first half marathon last year, but thanks to the coaches at FA and their expert advice, focus on movement and additional weight training to build the strength in my legs, I am finally able to run again. With a focus on form and technique, I’m lifting the heaviest weights I ever have been and am constantly challenged to try and beat my own PB’s which is a really important part of my training.

Before I found FA, I was always exhausted and making excuses for not wanting to train. Now I have more energy, I sleep better, eat better and it’s easy to see what a positive impact FA has had on my life; I’m just happier and healthier in general.

Since joining FIT ACADEMY and committing to a new way of training, I now move pain free and experience no lower back pain! My body feels lighter and now moves with so much more ease. At 34, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been and that’s all thanks to everyone at FIT ACADEMY!

I will say this again and again, there is truly no other place I've ever trained in that is anything like FA. It gives such a holistic approach to health, with sooo much knowledge and keeps improving all the time.

Sam really helped me outside of classes with mobility and strengthening exercises for my many issues to help keep me training. Sam is a wealth of knowledge who readily shares this with you for your benefit.

I LOVE training at FIT ACADEMY and the 8 Week Challenge was the jump start I needed to make positive changes. I know I’ll just keep getting stronger and fitter, but most importantly I’m energised, making goals and achieving them. It’s such a supportive environment and I am proud to be a member.

One of my goals (since joining FA) was to feel more energised, and I was able to achieve this by committing to sessions. Active recovery was part of the program on the days I didn’t attend the gym. The best part is that I have no hip pain anymore and can squat without resistance in my quads.

I’ve trained at a lot of places and training consistently has often been difficult. But when I walked into the FA studio I felt supported and encouraged like I never had anywhere else before. Sam, all the trainers and members made me feel part of a community and that has made me want to keep coming back and training every day.
I’ve done weight training in the past, but learning correct form and technique at FA has led me to achieve things I never thought I was capable of. After just 7 weeks of training I had almost doubled my PB’s for these lifts. I’ve learnt how to prepare my body for training with proper stretching and foam rolling before and after classes. I’ve learnt about nutrition and controlling stress, as well as the importance of a positive mindset.
