The Whole 9 Yards is a lifestyle program that has been designed to help members adopt a healthier and happier lifestyle. It’s not a fad diet or quick fix but rather a 9 month journey in which you will be supported every step of the way! 
The Whole 9 Yards is open to all fitness levels and abilities.  You must, however, be at least 18 years of age to participate. 

You will have access to high quality experienced coaches and experts in the industry. We are in this together and here to help you become the best version of you!

You have unlimited access to all of our timetables including over 40 strength and conditioning sessions, yoga and pilates classes, gymnastics, olympic lifting and kickboxing sessions as well as a personal training session each week. 
To start you off, we also include 3 x 1:1 personal training sessions with your assigned coach. 
These sessions range from early morning, mid morning, afternoon and evening so there’s always a time for you to attend around your lifestyle.

Absolutely!  Our highly qualified coaches cater our sessions to suit all levels whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning to exercise after some time off or an expert! Regardless of your fitness level, experience, injuries or medical conditions you may have or your age, we can adapt our programming for you.

Our coaches are all training in not only managing injuries but also preventing and rehabilitating them. So if you have an injury, this is the perfect place to come as we will work to restore them to get you back to full capacity in no time. 
In addition, as a part of the program you get access to our physiotherapist every month at no extra cost.

Each month you have access to our physiotherapist to have injury management treatment (if applicable) or you can elect to have a remedial massage. This is all included in the cost of our Whole 9 Yards program. However, if you so choose, you can absolutely request more sessions at an additional cost.

Our mindset coach will take you through an 8 week course to help provide you with the tools to build strong, positive habits, replace habits that do not serve your goal and essentially become the master of your own mind. You will learn how to become more aware of your surroundings, how you respond to certain events and how to control and manage the emotions you experience.

Our retreat focuses on mind and body. Allocating time for lots of movement to understand your body and improve your flexibility and mobility. We bring in speakers who are experts in their fields on stress management, mindset and career development. This is the perfect opportunity to get away for a few days and focus on you!

This will be a combination of what you want to achieve (your goals) and how your body moves so we can improve your posture, performance and the function of your body (your needs).

It all depends on your body and your lifestyle. We can work out a program to fit in with your current schedule and get you great results. As long as you can commit to three sessions a week (even two to begin with) we’re sure we can provide you with outstanding results!

Depending on the session they range from 30-60 minutes.
Our flexibility classes are 30 minutes, strength and conditioning group sessions and pilates classes are 45 minutes, yoga and speciality classes such as kickboxing, gymnastics and olympic lifting are 60 minutes as well as our shared personal training sessions.
We take a two prong approach with our nutrition coaching; 
1. Your mindset towards food
2. The food best for you
Using our epigenetic technology we can identify not only what type of food is best for your body but also the best times for you to eat, how to prepare your food and even guide you with a huge library of recipes that are suited to YOUR body. 
During the 12 weeks of nutrition coaching we will also guide you through adapting your nutritional habits to build a great relationship with food and understand how to manage any cravings your body may have. 
We utilise a technology called ph360 that comes in the form of an app called ShaeFit. We do a series of non-invasive measurements around the body, ask a series of questions and this technology populates that data into an algorithm to very accurately find your HealthType.
Once we understand your HealthType, it’s essentially like understanding the preset blueprint to our body and how we can have the greatest positive effect on that blueprint. However, genes are not deterministic, they are the servants of the environment meaning; regardless of our blueprint, we can always adapt and change our health based on environment lifestyle factors such as where we live, what we eat, how we move, how we work and how we socialise.
Your coach is responsible for supporting you and keeping you accountable during the program. They will check in with you weekly, see you during sessions, direct your focus to specific things each week so you aren’t overwhelmed with the program. 
Firstly, they will help you develop your goals, then they will break them down into smaller, achievable goals. Each step of the way we will ensure you know what you are doing and how to do it so you’re never confused or unsure how to achieve the next step of your goal.
We offer a variety of seminars from technical movements such as improving your squat or deadlift technique to rehabilitating injuries such as back, shoulders or knees or shifting focus more to the mind with behaviour change seminars or the body with mobility or self defence workshops. 
Whatever you’re interested in we’ve got the knowledge to share! If you’d like to learn something specific let us know and we’ll add it to our calendar!
Throughout the year we often take our team on hikes around Victoria and beach days. We sometimes treat ourselves with winery or brewery tours and on a yearly basis we take those more daring members on a skydive! Don’t worry if you’re not keen on skydiving though, there are plenty of wineries in the area to choose from if you’d like to join us for the day.
We like to change things up to and go rock climbing, play mini golf or just have a party at our club – if you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear them!

We absolutely do! If you find yourself unable to make it into the club sometimes or you go away for a couple of days we can still fit some sessions in. Our online hub has both pre-recorded sessions to follow along too and we run live online sessions throughout the week that focus on body weight movement – if you have weights at home though, we can incorporate them too!

After having 9 months of experiencing all of our programs and transforming your life, you’ll have a pretty good idea of what suits your body best, what you like and how much support you need. So don’t worry, we’ll help you find the best option moving forward once you’ve achieved the goals you set out to across the program.
