Each of our core programs focus on different elements of training; movement, strength, conditioning, combination of strength and conditioning, recovery, fun, function and testing your strength and conditioning.
Our focus movement sessions allow you to build both your strength and conditioning in different and challenging ways. As long as you are coming regularly, you will experience all of the key lifts; squat, deadlift, lunge, press and get your heart rate up at the end with AMRAPs, EMOMs and ladders.
It’s not all about smashing your body and lifting heavy. What’s also important is moving slowly, training your core strength and increasing your mobility through our wellness programs.
